Lorri Ann's an awesome instructor and motivator, as are the rest of her team. You are also encouraged to listen to your body. It's truly a nice sisterhood where you are encouraged to be the best you. Very welcoming.

So friendly and patient with all levels of fitness! I absolutely loved my first class! Being a momma of three under 4 I know the boot camp will assist with getting my pre-baby body back!

It's really an amazing workout and my class trainer (Tara) knocks it out of the park every time! Not only do they help you with your fitness they also help with changing your eating habits too!

mama Bootcamp was an awesome experience!! I lost weight and it felt great!! Worth the money and worth re signing after the 6 weeks are over!! 😄

I LOVE MAMA BOOTCAMP!!! This camp changed my life for nearly a decade now! Not only did I lose a lot of weight by following the exercise and nutrition prescription (120 lbs in all!), but I also quit smoking and developed the courage and self-esteem to leave a poisonous relationship. This is no ordinary camp! If you are committed to your goals, prepare for a total healthy life makeover!

The trainers were awesome, they really pushed me and encouraged me! I think this was a great deal!! I saw results by the finish time so it worked!

Mama bootcamp Has changed my life in the first 3 weeks I've been doing it. Lost 7 lbs already. Accountability and comradery is what I needed to push me to become the me I knew I could be and I can't wait to see and feel what the next 3 weeks brings
