Greg did a fantastic job with my cut and highlights. He is really easy to talk to too! He did exactly what I wanted him to do. I will definitely go back to him again. All of the staff at Details were very friendly and welcoming.
Greg did a fabulous job on my color!! He was the first stylist to get me where I wanted to go. Very knowledgeable ! He took his time, and my hair looks great. Overall, pleasant experience!

I would highly recommend Details Salon. Great service. I received a pixie cut and color by Greg and it looks fantastic!!!!! The staff are all great there. I like that's it's a full spa and you can get all of your pampering needs done.
The lunch was fabulous. Its great to know the staff are so excited to cook and bake for the clients. It adds a personal touch to it, almost like youre at a friend's house for lunch.

I wasn't going to bother informing you of this but I didn't want anyone else to suffer the way my daughter has since you gave her the Brazilian express blow-out a little over a week ago. After spending major $$$$$, Hannah's hair still looks and feels FRIED, cotton candy texture! At James Griffiths they told me that what damaged it was going over on the hair with the straightener TOO many times and on TOO high of a temperature. By the way, her hair is porous, therefore you used too high of a temperature and obviously went over it too many times....maybe you were not aware of it because you kept answering the phone/talking.
If you are concerned that I have smeared your company's name....I HAVEN'T and I won't, although everyone wants to know who did this to Hannah's hair. I am so sad for my daughter who is a senior and will be having pictures taken soon. We ended up having to get her hair cut but the damage goes all the way up to the roots.
Lastly, I don't want to tell you how to run your business but stepping up as the OWNER and trying to do EVERYTHING you could to correct YOUR mistake would have made this awful experience easier to swallow. Never did you offer any of your products to help, never did you offer a refund or even give back the $22 tip I gave you.
