I've gone to my 2nd of the 3 appointments and Tammi has been great to work with. She's very friendly and definitely is very knowledgeable on the services she provides.

had first appointment only to not be able to schedule a second due to my work schedule and the fact that the Spa was closing for two weeks to move to a new location. Called them a couple times to either start my treatments over at the new location or get a refund. To date, I have not heard back.

Left several voice messages. No one picked up phone. Made appt for 2 people, they only had one scheduled. Felt service was less. Professional
