This was a nice golf course in a retirement community. The staff and all the golfers were very friendly.

Plays after heavy rain. Poor condition up and beyond the rain. Course set is challenging for all abilities.

Overall conditions of course also provide 2 sand rakes for each sand trap.

Tee boxes were horrible, greens on front side were scalped in places and others were very bumpy, and fairways had lots of crab grass. Course has potential but needs a lot of work to make it worth playing.
