Would appreciate a call in advance when beautician is ill or otherwise cancelling an appointment. When I scheduled the appointment I provided you with my phone number then was told that you did not have my phone number to give advanced notice that appointment would be cancelled.

Charging an extra $15 above the Grouon price paid ($30 for $60 worth of services) was really unfair. Not letting the customer know this till they are sitting in the chair is not professional. What is a customer to do though? Fork over another $15 OR loose the $30 already spent for the coupon.

I "can be" a difficult customer when it comes to cutting my hair and my stylist did a wonderful job. As soon as I walked into the door I was greeted by someone asking if I had an appointment. Was taken back right on schedule...my stylist sat me in her chair and we dicussed what I wanted...she listened and "we" agreed how much to cut. The salon itself was nice, small, spacious work areas, friendly fun staff and just all around enjoyable time getting my hair done. And when I was finished ALL of them commented on my hair and how much they liked it. I really felt that I wasn't just there for ONE stylist, they all seems to be interested in everybody. Very friendly atmosphere, cozy little salon. I will continue to go back for my regular scheduled services. Thank you ladies!!!
