About Wine Country Perks by RedAwning

Not everyone who goes on vacation wants to stay at a hotel—they’d prefer the extra space and full kitchens of a vacation rental. But picking out and then actually reserving and paying for a rental property can be tricky, which is why Tim Choate founded RedAwning.com, a website that brings the benefits of easy hotel-style reservations to vacation rentals. RedAwning.com offers thousands of rental properties in the US, Mexico, and Costa Rica, including studio cottages and houses with hot tubs, pools, and six or more bedrooms. A live reservations staff is on hand to answer questions both before and after you book your stay, and a concierge gives you access to exclusive perk cards and discounts on everything from wine tours to ski-lift tickets to spacecraft rentals.

The Rocky Mountain tasting was not Pleasant. Man at the tasting room seemed put off that we brought I'm the red awning.com voucher, asking how we got it? His attitude did not ruin our whole day but did put a damper on it.

Had a great time. The wine tasting was fun and had a great experience. All the wineries were friendly, treated with respect and made to feel at home.

We enjoyed going to a winery that we wouldn't normally go to and found it to be wonderful...vislay winery. You should include more of the smaller lesser known ( but good) wineries

This pass was for free wine tasting at five wineries. 1. Rocky Creek Cellars - had no knowledge of the promotion but unhappily honored it. We were very embarrassed. 2. Pipestone Vineyards - refused to honor it and charged us $10 for wine tasting. Again we were terribly embarrassed. Please refund my $25 - and kick someone’s backside for this terrible experience.

One winery wasn't available for the day I was interested in, one winery where we did have a reservation booked a large party too close in time so asked us to come back later - we couldn't make it back, the next winery had equally good deals not requiring our "perks" which all in all, felt much more like we paid the fee nothing! Felt really ripped off.

First of all, I want to say I live in the Wine Country and frequent many wineries, so do have some experience on the various tasting procedures at the wineries. FOPPIANO VINEYARDS SHOULD BE TAKEN OFF THE LIST!! They were very skimpy on the tastings and the wines they served were bottom of the line. Staff was not friendly. We were the only two (2) people in the place...wonder why?? Very disappointing. HOWEVER, Dry Creek Vineyard was more than generous and made up for Foppiano. Kudos to Dry Creek. Still haven't visited the other three (3) on my RedAwning list yet.

Most wineries were poor and it was a waste of time visiting them. Mutt Lynch was an especially bad experience.

Use wineries that do not normally have the same deal as offered in the coupon and wineries that are open daily without having to make special reservations.
