Bought this for my son who had never done yoga. He loved the studio and how welcoming the other students were. He felt very comfortable as a beginner!

I am new to the area and this was my first time to Abhyaasa Yoga. I found everyone to be very friendly and welcoming. The class was enjoyable and a good way to ease into a new studio. The teacher was knowledgeable, patient, and available for assists if desired. I'll definitely go back again!

Went to my first Kundalini class. Loved it!
