Nicole at Schaumburg and Roselle locations is absolutely amazing. She makes every child feel welcome and special. Course work is specific to your child's current level and goals. Everything is organized and really helpful for academic progress and practice.

Teachers and staff are nice and answer parents questions. My daughter just started attending a few weeks ago so am not able to measure how much it's helping academic but she had not complained about math class at school or the work she does for best brains

I see now Arlington Heights IL location is not Good in answering phone calls and acknowledge parents questions on time. Always location admin is not responding on the phones and always calls would go to voicemail. But instructors are good and having more flexibility. They have to improve their answering phone calls or emails immediately.
