Loved the treatment, service & staff!!

I went to the first of my 3 treatments today and the heat felt so good on my recent injury. The fact that the infrared also helps tone skin and smooth fat is a great bonus. I will probably purchase more treatments and definitely a massage also. They have a wide range of services in one center.

Drink LOTS of water. & bring a book or charged phone to keep you occupied.

Make sure to wear sweatpants, not leggings, and long sleeve shirt! Bring bottled water also, the more water you drink, the more you sweat. Super friendly staff.
