I had a wonderful experience at the Inn. The service was excellent, the location was perfect, and it was clean. I'd go back for sure!

Upon our arrival, the valet was an issue. They broke my iPhone when they abrubtly and unexpectedly yanked me out of my vehicle. Then moments later as we checked in we found out that they not give the four of us a room with double beds and to our surprise were booked. They only had a club suite available for an extra $180 a night. You would have thought after all the hassle they would have comped us the night especially when we found out that Valet also scratched our vehicle while parking. But the best thing they would offer us for all of our trouble was $50 off. What an insult. What a joke. I would never recommend going there as their customer service does not match the diamond rating!
