Come a little early to get set up, bring water, they provide a towel. Get ready to sweat. It's great!

Love it here! Staff is great and I do have a fitness center membership already and can spin and have been spinning there but this "system" pushes you harder! I am trying for 30 days to see what results I get from first ride there to last!
