Alba Gonzalez-Nylander and Jennifer Goldstein-Fritz started AJ Media Services after 40 combined years as video and editing professionals at renowned companies including FOX, E!, and CBS. AJ Media did a great job duplicating my VHS tape - the DVDs were nicely labeled and packaged. I had to call to confirm they were ready and would have appreciated a notification. It was also hard to find the business - so good to have more detailed instructions. The price was great, the service friendly and professional. I have already recommended to a friend who has lots of old VHS that need conversion.

The people here were very nice and personable. Occasionally hard to get ahold of last minute but always cheerful. My video tapes were completed accurately and quickly!!

They did a good job with what they had to work with, old vhs tapes. Polite service, took a little longer than I expected, but they gave a satisfactory explanation.

They did fine work, but the customer service was horrible. I called for months checking on the status of my project only to be told, each time, that the owner or manager would call me back. I finally received a call back from the owner about 2 months after my promised completion date only to be told she thought the issue had been resolved. No apology, I'm pretty sure she could care less.

They were hardly in their office, hard to reach by phone and took 4 months to do 4 dvds

Absolutely NOT! They do not return calls, a 3 week quote turned into almost 2 months. The girl told us all would fit onto the 10 dvd's orders no problem. When we picked up, they did not combine like she said and then proceeded to say she did not say that. Additonal $70 paid. Rude employees as well. Such a shame for a wonderful location in Franklin.

They took forever to get it done and then they didn't convert the whole VHS.... Literally stopped it 3/4s the way through so my DVDs are lacking the whole trip!
Even if it would have been additional expense to me I would have wanted to have the complete trip!
