The first person they sent out was a nut case but they sent out another guy that was friendly and listened to my problem. He fixed the repairs I needed and gave me a few tips on some other things.

Contractor called and stated he was running ahead of schedule and asked if he could arrive a few minutes earlier than the scheduled time. I thought that was very thoughtful of the contractor. The job was completed in a timely manner. Job well done!
