great idea but....really needed to be inside because of heat, if outside needs SEATING and SHADE, really needed WATER for sale within the event, more varieties of wine ( all brands that were advertised were not offered), better music perhaps LIVE music, more FOOD trucks with additional seatiilentg), other things like silent auctions, corn hole, bocci ball etc......I would love to help.....
It was nice to try different boxed wines but I wish it was in the evening not during the day! It was too hot!
Bring your own water to drink, it was extremely hot and very sunny. They ended up running out of water about 3 hours into it. We had a great time despite the heat. Maybe a few more tents for people to get out of the sun.
Bring a fan!! Wine was great! Good trucks were great! But it was very hot!!!
The wine glasses were very small and cheap. They gave you tickets, but it was an all you could drink festival. And the wines were not cold, and there wasn't that great of a selection. I didn't pay very much for this festival so it was fine, but if I would have paid full price I would have been highly upset.
Honestly, drinking outside in the middle of the summer in the South is not conducive to a good time. I had to leave because I was starting to feel dehydrated/sick to my stomach after only about an hour. I think inside isn't necessary but one large tent with fans would have been much better than only the tiny individual tents that were set up over each wine station. I love the concept as I'm an avid box wine drinker but I think the festival could have been set up much better. Even having it as it was but starting later in the evening would have been more tolerable. Also, we were all very disappointed about the glasses. They were falling apart and we wanted a memorable glass!
Wine was hot
The event looked rather last minute. The food offered was spare and so were the wine choices. Set up could have been improved
More water, more variety of wine, more places to sit, get rid of the tickets
Poor wine selection. Limited shade for the hot day. Felt cheap.
