The aesthetician, Auri, is professional and friendly. The office staff is professional and friendly as well. I have had only one treatment, but expect the next two to be as well provided.

Not very helpful and do things very quickly without taking the time to educate patients; receptionist very rude and unwilling to help and work with patient schedule. Furthermore did not feel like the nurse adequately did the laser hair removal- very quick and not thorough at all - almost as if she just wanted to get over with it. Bad experience and will not go there again
