About Precious Hearts

Grace Ghazarian’s passion for health has taken her around the world. After tending to patients in Uganda and Mumbai and spending seven years caring for critically ill children in a pediatric cardiac intensive-care unit, the registered nurse decided to share her lifesaving skills with others. She started Precious Hearts to teach CPR, AED use, and first aid to babysitters, teachers, parents, and health-care providers, and anyone who wants to be ready to help in a crisis.

Students can sign up for noncertification or certification courses to learn essential skills in a hands-on format. Precious Hearts also trains friends and family members during in-home CPR parties, which never require RSVPs from demonstration dummies.
