Heather's class on Tuesday night is my favorite. I'd highly recommend it to anyone looks for a good evening class mid-week. It's a small room so reserve online.

Most amazing yoga studio!! Instructors are phenomenal and make an effort to learn your name and help to improve your practice by enhancing your poses. I've taken at MANY studios around town and this has by far been my best experience.

bring your own water. come 5 minutes early and park on the street. otherwise parking lot is paid parking.
