About Barleycorn’s Craft Brew

The processes of brewing beer and making wine may seem intimidating, but with help from Barleycorn's Craft Brew, they're simple. Onsite workshops begin with the clients selecting what beverage they'd like to create. Thanks to the facility's inventory of more than 130 beer styles, and 14 wines, there are plenty of options. Then, workshop participants measure out the necessary ingredients, pours them into a steam-fired copper kettle, and stirs the mixture. The liquid is flash cooled and transferred to a fermenting vessel. Several weeks later, brewers and vintners return to bottle and label their finished products.
