It has just about everything a practice area could have: driving range with many targets; hit off grass or fake turf; putting green; chipping green; and sand trap/green. The condition could be better, but it's fine for practice purposes.

Nice low key place to practice. The range is not in great shape but the rest is alright. Hard to tell where the flags are and the distance with all the hilly area. Can hit off grass or artificial. Grass area is VERY rough and hard to find even spots. But affordable and easy to get to and ... hey, any practice will help my game.
