About Divinely Rooted

At her studio or at the private homes of her clients, Kellie Codianna of Divinely Roooted aims to help improve both bodies and minds with therapeutic yoga and toning Pilates. During sessions, Kellie helps her clients assess their current lifestyle to help identify obstacles. Then, she draws on a combination of energy work, hands-on adjustments, shiatsu massage, and other tools to help correct postural issues and regulate energy flow throughout the body. In addition to classes, Kellie also designs 20- or 40-day juice cleanses around the principals of ayurveda.
