Your staff was great! My mom and I went in for manicures and pedicures and the two who waited on us were fantastic and very friendly. Kudos for them!

I recently had an appt for a classic mani-pedi. Needless to say it didn't look good at all, ANSI ended up going to a different salon immediately to get it all fixed. I should have believed the guy at looking glass when he said he got a "little shaky" when it came time to polish nails, I'm pretty sure my 4 year old nephew could have done better. Oh and it took over 2 hours for a basic mani-pedi which is in my opinion, an hour too long. Not only did the next salon re-polish my nails, but they offered a full service mani-pedi to fix the things the first guy didn't do.
