Whaling City Expeditions whisks passengers out onto the storied waters of New Bedford Harbor to explore a port that has seen the departures and returns of ships and their sailors for more than 250 years. Entering their 21st Season, Captain Jeff Pontiff and his team steer boats out into the picturesque waters. In the evenings, step onboard for a sunset cruise, a BYOB excursion where passengers can watch the sun dip below Palmer Island lighthouse and place bets on the exact time of sunset with the other passengers.
