I was very please with the service I received at Lillian's Nails. Bottom line they did a good job with my nails and that's most important. My only minor complaint is that they didn't really honor the appointment time and it was a half hour after my scheduled appointment before I was serviced. But once I was taken, everything went fine.

The nail tech was really friendly. I was happy to find an attentive person. I got gel nails, which are suppose to last two weeks. The day after, one nail started peeling, two days after, three of my nails are peeling. I'm so disappointed. I am a busy mom, so getting my nails done for the holidays was a treat to myself. I wish the pretty gel color lasted more than one day.

The lady who did my nails (Tina) was nice but she was on her phone the whole time. The manicure wasn't very luxurious either but guess you get what you pay for. Also the place was super dirty and made me uncomfortable - dirty equipment, dirty floors, dust everywhere and cracks on the walls and dirty wall! The music coming from a venue next door was loud and obnoxious. I also felt really uncomfortable when I walked in. No one greeted me or said a word to me for at least 2 minutes. Strangest thing.
