Wonderful relaxing massage

Although the massage therapists and other professionals all seem to know their crafts and are pleasant to deal with, the manager is unresponsive. I've asked repeatedly over several months for her to phone my daughter about a service she received that wasn't up to par - and she hasn't done so. I will not be patronizing this store again.
