I would highly recommend 9 rounds. They are fair. The facility is beautiful. The coaches are great and very knowledgeable.

When I first call to make appointment they told me to come in a specific time that it wasn't going to be crowded and they be able to spend time with me
They didn't even take the time to explain to me what I was supposed to do I went back a second time and it was even more crowded and I had to wait a half hour to be able to start the workout and I had to start in the middle and there was no trainer again to tell me what I needed to do the equipment is not geared for if you're too tall or if you too short there was absolutely no support all I kept doing was trying to push things to sell
