My first microdermabrasion and facial were great but trying to schedule the rest was a hassle because the phone had issues and they didn't return voicemail; I lost a session because I wasn't able to get in contact to cancel the appointment in time. For my third session, I was 15mins late and my esthetian rushed through the microdermabrasion...very disappointing.
