Fresh juice straight from the truck—that is the MO at Healthylicious, a food truck that vends nutrient-packed juices and smoothies to the public. Food-truck captain Karen Febles makes her concoctions using exotic fruits and vegetables, such as kale, dragon fruit and berries, straight from her very own farm, mixing up made-to-order smoothies and detoxifying cleanses. The latter includes two green blends made from leafy veggies and two red blends that contain beets, carrots, apples, and organic lemonade. Together, these elixirs help boost the immune system just in time for flu season or Bring Your Sick Relative to Work day.
