I found him to be unresponsive while I was trying to set up an appointment - he did not return phone calls or e-mail.
I was so turned off by him that I never scheduled a second appointment.

THIS GUY IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, THE PLACE IS A DUMP AND A MESS, HE IS A MESS, RESCHEDULES EVERY APPOINTMENT AT LEAST TWO TIMES.
