My mom and I had a very nice experience here. Staff was very nice and helpful. Very clean facility also. Separate from gym area. Definitely recommend

Sixth time visiting. Will buy another pack of cryo sessions. Friendly and efficient service. Very welcoming place. No ego or attitude. Just people doing healthy stuff in a high vibe environment. Highly recommended.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. It was the first time I'd done cryotherapy so I was a bit nervous - but the process was smooth and the staff member was great at explaining everything. Still feeling great 7 hours later!!
