Check-in staff were polite and the instructor for the level 1 class, David, was informative and helpful. Would recommend for people wanting to get back into yoga.

I always have a wonderful experience at Integral Yoga, especially in classes held in the “Temple”, at the top of the building. A beautiful space and skilled instructors. Highly recommended.

Friendly, welcoming people. The Gentle Yoga class is aptly named: gentle yoga poses in an architecturally spectacular room. This place is great!
