First time ever taking pilates and I loved it. Stephanie was super nice and knowledgable. She helped us with our form and made sure we did everything at our speed and ability. I will be going back again...and again.

Teacher Sara was excellent. She explained things well and corrected any issues. Like that it was a good sized room with 8 reformers.
