Great BEGINNER CLASS! Felt so comfortable. Amazing teacher (Kaitlyn) the space is huge and clean and beautiful. Loved the concept of all women and no mirrors. No pressure. All about you and you’re movements. Loved it and def going back for more.

Intro class which provided a solid foundation upon which to build. Obviously consistent practice will yield phenomenal results as demonstrated by advanced students who came in at the end to demonstrate their amazing talents. It is all about feminine power, being comfortable in your body - and if you are not there yet, learning how to get there. Would recommend it to all!!

Me and my two sisters (mid twenties) took my mother (late 50s) to this intro class and everyone there from the ladies at the front desk to the other women in the class were amazing. They made us feel comfortable and confident regardless of our ages and experience levels, which was none. We had so much fun I would absolutely recommend this class to anybody even remotely consider doing this!

An amazing class. Great warm up and guidance to figuratively and literally let your hair down. So fun and such a safe place for all! We learned how to spine on the pole and a floor routine all in 1 class! highly recommend

I booked a pole dance class party for my birthday and we all had a blast! Christina was amazing. She’s full of energy and has a greats sense of humor. Two days later and we’re all still sore so she definitely worked us out. We can’t wait to go back!
