Food was good but our order was skipped and 4 parties who came in after us ate and left while we waited for over an hour. There was no manager, so there was no remedy except apologies and confusion. I don't know where I stand on repeat visits.

The location in Midtown is excellent! The service was great and the food is superb. However, since I loved it so much, I decided to go their other location at East 11th or thereabouts and the service was the worst service I have ever received at a restaurant ever. The employees were very unorganized and kept messing up everyone's orders. They forgot to even make my mac and cheese and I ended up waiting for an hour to get it...and they didn't even apologize or care! I would never go back to that location.
