No fault of theirs, but the car was not ready when we arrived. It was very convenient, location wise, but the paperwork took too long to process. It was convenient to pickup and drop off the car, though.

They rented us a dirty car for my family trip. There was pancake and crumbs all over rhe car. it was like it was never inspected. Additionally, when I, immediately brought it to their attention, they acknowledged it but didn't give us another car. So, we left it as we got it, sent in picutures and all. To compensate for the dirty car, they reimbursed us $20, which really isn't any compensation because I would've been charged $50 if the car was returned back dirty to this place. I just can't recommend this business, at this time.
