Today was my first crossfit in 5+ years and it was horrible, in the best way. Going to go 3 days this week and 4 days every week for the rest of the month... wish me luck. :-)

I love the class so much I am doing it for another month.

Really worth to try it...

It's a good value if you have Crossfit experience and are in good shape. Also, it's done in a room with a low ceiling in the back of a gym that is located in the basement of a smoothy place. You get what you pay for.

I discovered levels of soreness that I didn't know existed. Wasn't a fan of the flow of class. Instructor is very knowledgeable of boxing technique.
