Holly is a super nice lady and does an awesome job at waxing!!

Holly was great and fast especially being my first time getting a brazilian wax. Highly recommended.

Lana did a wonderful job with my bikini wax service. She was very calm and patient and for some reason I didn't cry from pain this time around (only had this done once before & ended up leaving half way through it). Nice staff, clean facilities.

I thought I was taken good care of by Christy and Holly.

I was hesitant to come to this spa after reading a few yelp reviews. Lana was my waxing technician and she did a great job. I will definetly book more services at this location.

I called 4 times to make an appointment for the Brazilian wax groupin I bought and "Holly" the woman who does the waxin was either on vacation or the owner didn't know what her schedule was so my voucher expired before I even got to use it. The fourth time I called I told the woman who answered the phone how I had attempted so many times to make an appointment her response was "what do you want me to do she's on vacation" that was 2 weeks ago before my offer expired. Very disappointed.

All I can say is horrible I have gotten many waxes done before and none have hurt as bad The lady continued to wax on top of what she already waxed multiple times and even when I told her it hurts she still continued to wax in the same place to a point where there were welts on my inner thigh and it was very painful I will never go back to this place

Not sensitive to the fact that you waxing a private area. Couldn't even complete the whole wax. Holly was using my hands to help her. Strange. Don't think they clean anything. And when she was "done" she opened the door with me exposed.

I think it's not very sanitary, because she used the same stick to dip the wax the whole session. I felt very dirty afterwards and needed to use so many alcohol prep swabs to clean myself...

DONT COME HERE I want my money back! They give Novolash a bad reputation. They say they are Novolash trained and use Novolash products but I have been getting my eyelashes done for years. I recently moved from a different state and have came here to california and have not found a place that actually uses Novolash lashes or glue BEWARE. This place used CHEAP, THICK, UNNATURAL, PLASTIC FEELING EYELASHES (didnt come in those cases that NOVOLASH sells) that definitely did not look or feel like NOVOLASH exts. The woman that did my lashes told she was trained by a doctor & does a really good job. It was a lie. They fell out (8) while on my way home. I called her back and she just didnt care.
