I went to the Wilmington location, it was a relatively small gym. But everyone was very accommodating and the gym has very up-to-date equipment. They also offer alot of one-on-one personal training sessions, which made the gym feel even more like your own.....I even received an email reminding me to come back to the gym when I hadn't been there for a couple days. They try and make you feel like family.

Equipment is ALWAYS available. The staff/trainers are great. I also like that it's small, and the other members are really nice, so it starts to feel like a community. The group classes can get a little crowded, but there's something for everyone, including yoga, Zumba and Danzare.

From the moment I stepped into the facility I felt very comfortable and welcomed....from the owners, trainers and members. I especially enjoyed the danzaire and zumba classed.I love to dance so it didn't feel like exercise.....My Swedish massage was delightful!!!

Need more televisions to cover news and sports. Two right next to each other is not enough. I know space is limited but could use a weight assisted dip and pull up machine in place of the current non weight assisted. Great concept though! ANYTIME
