Staff the best in the whole world, but cost not explained well. All good

Everyone at the office was professional, explained what procedures were for, gave me options for future appointments, and my experience was the best that I have had at an eye appointment. Looking forward to returning to pick up my new glasses. Highly recommend.

Fantastic! And very honest. Referred me to a different specialist. I appreciated that. Advised my elderly Uncle not to have a procedure (actually said, "this is against my bottom line, but if you were my Uncle, at your age, I would not suggest you go forth") He could have told us anything, and we would have followed, but he told us the truth. Very highly recommended.

My eye exam was very well done, but I was disappointed that the price of my glasses was so high that I could have gone elsewhere and spent less money!
