The premises were a little dingy ( especially the staircase), and I did not see evidence of other clients. However my facial and gel manicure were fine.

Your receptionist scheduled me on a day you were closed. When I arrived and discovered you were closed I called both numbers however, no one answered. I got a call the next business day and was told it was an error on her part. I asked that she advise her manager and perhaps get me a free service for my inconvience. I went ahead and made another appointment. When I arrived, the receptionist was on a personal phone call. She stayed on that call the entire time I checked in. When I asked her about the scheduling mishap she couldn't recall whether or not she discussed it with the manager. I did ask my technician if the manager was available but she was not. I was given a phone number to call, but given my past experience, I didn't feel it was worth my time. While my technician was wonderful, I felt the customer service was very poor.
