a few machines dealing with climbing(like stares)and for the your core(stomach area) but your still a great gym

The gym is not what I expected What brought me to this gym was the classes but they don't have much classes and they re mostly in the evening

The kickboxing area is pretty warm in temperature. The ladies room is upstairs which seems a little awkward. Other than that it's a pretty decent gym.

It's cool, they have a good amount of equipment but not enough treadmills. the atmosphere put you in the mood to workout .You can smell the sweat in the atmosphere. the only problem I have is not enough sanitizers to wipe down the equipment before and after workout. and I also thought they had way more Fitness classes but they only have about two maybe three the most.
