Try to arrive 15 minutes early if you've never been. They will definitely help you set up and get comfortable. Highly recommended!

Drink lots of water before during and after. I'm a first time spinner and I wouldnt even consider looking anywhere else for a spin class in my area! Such a great experience every time !

Very addictive!. Staff is friendly, excited and happy to have you walk through the door. No pressure. Great to be told this is your ride and not worry about killing yourself. Unless, of course, you want to.
