Great activities, nice service!

The initial intake was a little slow and disorganized. Once we got to the pool everything was excellent. The staff were excellent mentors, trading off people who needed more support and engaging them at games at their level.

Good experience, but they didn't inform that their address has changed despite calling them in the morning to confirm. Went to the old location first and was difficult to reach the correct place. Still leaving 5-star because of the good overall experience.

My 10 year old absolutely loves it! We will be signing up for the full scuba course this summer.

An excellent experience! After a cramped 90 minutes of filling out forms and viewing a video in the back of the dive shop, it was a short drive to the large, clean community area pool. Then for the next hour, we practiced some basic skills and safely toured the deep end. Throughout, the staff was warm, friendly, patient and completely professional. The well used equipment was in excellent condition. All of the heavy gear was transported, prepped, tested and collected by the staff. The pool facilities were excellent and the water was reasonably warm. Our boys, 14 and 12 thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Based on this result, we plan to dive in Cuba this year.

The staff were excellent - very patient and supportive and took the time to make sure we were comfortable before moving to the next step. I took my two boys, aged 10 and 12, and they really enjoyed it and they learned a lot over the 2 hour course. thank you!
