Confusion at the front desk led to me receiving the wrong order and I was not given much of a discount for my actual order. Cupcakes tasted great but customer service needs to improve. It is because of the service, that I don't know if I will be back. The day I was placing my order, I witnessed another customer receiving an order and she was also was happy with the order. Makes me think this is normal.

The cupcakes were fresh, however I felt that the sizes of the cupcakes varied. Some were small and others were of a bigger size. I was told the cupcakes were the size of a piece of cake, not really.
