Kids enjoyed it!
Facility was larger than the Barrie one, clean and lots for active kids to do, as well as some games for adults. Staff slow, and although good to a point, overly fire prevention cautions (I was sitting on one of the two side steps to the restaurant, zipping up grandson's coat and was asked to move and given an 8 minute spiel on how it was a fire hazard, while nothing done about 10 - 12 year olds playing tag and running into adults and smaller children).
The staff is awesome! Very attentive and hard working! My girls had a great time. Very clean, unlike your Barrie location. Would definitely go to Newmarket again, worth the drive.
I felt it was horribly disorganized. The supervision was lax but kids being kids liked it. For the cost it is ok.
My family visited during the holidays to meet with a friend and her two small kids. The staff was friendly enough, however there were only two people that I saw working in the whole facility during the 3 hours we were there. They seem to be short-staffed, but they do their best. Plenty of comfortable seating for the adults while the kids play. You must use tokens to play the games/ride rides. Several times our tokens got stuck or the game did not work. It would take sometimes up to 5 minutes to find an employee to credit my kids, but they had no issue with refunding them. Mini putt course is kid friendly and uses black light. I probably wouldn't go back with my family but maybe my friend would if school was out.
Not at all what i was expecting. The prizes are cheap and you need to spend a fortune to get anything worth it. The rock climbing wall was small and sad. The mini put wasn't any better. And the whole place smelled terrible
This place is like chucky cheese.
You need to buy a coin to use the game machines. I do not understand why they require admission fee seperately.
It was not horrific, but over-rated.
