Ok, I understand all the negative comments. Yes, Maria is very straightforward and yes, there is a little dog in the shop. You should dig deep! Let me tell you my story. I went all the way from Brampton to Arora as I failed to realise the distance, and got late for my appointment. First, Maria refused to take me entertain me, but after me (adamantly) begging, she hesitantly took me in. Luckily, her next appointment got cancelled and I ended up having a great chat with her, playing with the friendliest dog I've ever met, getting highlights, and paying waaaayy more than the coupon that was just for a cut and stuff. If you chose this deal, make sure you know where you are going, DON'T be late!, and be ready to pay more and Maria is brilliant in her handling hair skills. The shop and the equipment is just like any other top salon. I have no complaints.

Maria was quirky and friendly!! Belle was a welcoming and furry addition to the establishment . The color, and cut we all received were fabulous and loved!
