So far I have a had a great experience at this spa. They are super friendly and accommodating with my difficult schedule. I have had no issues getting appointments at the time I want them. I love that there is no pressure to purchase other products or services as well. ♡︎

Incredibly friendly staff. I always look forward to my appointment. I’ve done multiple sessions of Novothor here. They’re one of the only places that offer full body RLT. They are not pushy with products or treatments like some other places- just offered me a brochure and only told me about treatments when I specifically ask which I appreciate.

I love Novothor and am looking forward to trying Cryo facials and other services at European Wellness. The entire team was kind, helpful, and eager to educate.
