Alex is the instructor to have class with, especially for the beginner who may need assistance with correct setting and use of the equipment. She is very mindful of the student's specific needs or restrictions and provides timely exercise modifications, so that the student is able to continually exercise with the rest of the class, and not miss one beat.

The staff, instructors, and trainers are all so nice, informative, and helpful. Such a friendly environment. The gym is lovely. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else!
