Sea Life Discovery's semi-submarine, the Sea Life Discovery, is the only one of its kind that departs from the Balboa Peninsula. Those glass windows on the bottom of the 49-passenger boat give passengers a unique vantage point on the world beneath the surface as the boat moves along the coast, as guests watch fish darting between the kelp. Above sea level, they get to see sea lions, pelicans, and on some occasions, even dolphins.
