This experience was very physically painful. Rubber gloves PULL on hair and HURT...Recommend using plastic gloves. Blow dryer burned my scalp. Blow dryer comb attachment was sharp and hurt as well...No need to dig into my scalp with it. Hair cut and eyebrow wax were ok, but the "highlight" looks horrible. You need to use foils and color instead of bleach. My hair now has orange blotches throughout. The lighting in the salon is bad as well, which is why I didn't notice the bad color until I got home.
