The entire staff was very friendly. The nail technician, Naomi, was delightful. The time flew past and my hands and feet were given royal treatment.

Without my prior knowledge, the nail tech who performed my mani/pedi was a student who was not yet licensed. She told me so herself. Was I supposed to be impressed with her 2+ hour service? No.

The staff member who did my service was trying her best to be professional but her conversation was excessive and inappropriate; nothing "destressing" about my visit. Very opinionated and just couldn't keep comments to herself. The actual quality of the mani/pedi was average at best.
